2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to your card.
  • For other payment methods, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
